Automate the grant agreement process

This online process allows plan sponsors to post new grants to the Shareworks™ systems, in a secure environment, for eligible participants to receive, view and accept the grant online through Shareworks. When a new grant is issued, participants are sent an email alert with a link to the Shareworks system. Upon login, participants will be informed that have received a new grant, asked to review the documentation and accept the award. Until the grant is accepted the notification of the new grant remains on the participant's personal message board. Once accepted the documentation is stored within Shareworks for both the participant and administrator to access as they require. Newly accepted grants are automatically integrated with the participants' equity portfolio.
