Proven Implementation Process

Over the last five years Solium has successfully completed the implementation of over 270 plans of all sizes and complexity for over 260,000 plan participants. Whether launching a new employee plan or transitioning an existing one, our experienced team works closely with both you and your plan participants to ensure a smooth transition onto our system. You can also continue to focus on other company priorities while your plans are migrating. Within three to eight weeks of implementation commencement, we can transition your plan to our web-based application, Shareworks™, with limited resources commitment on your part.

Data Accuracy and Integrity

Shareworks' flexible file formats coupled with our data experts' knowledge ensures your plan history is accurate and reconciled for your launch on Shareworks. As we load your plan, we work with you to review your data, reconcile any errors and ensure accuracy and completeness in all records. As soon as your data is loaded, plan administrators are provided with access to our test environment to review the Shareworks platform, and view their entire plan with full access to the participant database and real time reports.
