Solium's web application, Shareworks, leverages the benefits of the Internet, while utilizing measures to ensure the privacy and security of all client data. Solium's security protocols cover physical security, network security and password security.
Solium's technology infrastructure and supporting business practices mirror best practices in the Financial Services and Application Service Provider sectors. To secure physical access to data, Solium has placed all of the information and mission critical servers offsite at a state-of-the-art Internet data Center.

Password requirements
Help us protect your information by carefully selecting your password and Personal Verification Questions, and never disclosing them to anyone. Your passwords must be 8 to 20 characters in length and must be alphanumeric. Your passwords may not contain your name. We recommend that you use a combination that is difficult for others to determine, but memorable for you. For increased security, we also recommend that you use a different password combination to login and transact and change your passwords every 30 days.
Verification procedures
For your protection, Solium's customer service representatives will always verify your identity when you call in to our service center. To validate the identity of an account holder Solium uses identity security questions before disclosing any confidential information. The security questions and related answers are selected by the account holder during the activation process. Shareworks allows you to select up to two verification words for added security.
