Russ Waterhouse

In addition of being a member of the Board of Directors since August 2004, Russ joined the executive leadership team in March 2007 as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Solium’s US subsidiary company. Russ has extensive experience in the international financial services industry with more than 12 years as a senior corporate officer. From 2000 to 2003 he served as President of Computershare Ltd. North America, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Computershare Trust Company of Canada.

Previously, he spent 10 years with Mellon Financial Corporation in various senior level roles including group Vice President of ChaseMellon Shareholder Services, Chief Operating Officer of the R.M. Trust Company of Canada, Chief Financial Officer of Mellon Investor Services and Chief Financial Officer of the The R.M. Trust Company of Canada.
