Rudi Bester

Rudi joined Solium in July 06 assuming the position of Vice President, Market Development. In this role, Rudi was responsible for leading the sales organization and spearheading all direct sales initiatives. In July 07 Rudi was promoted to Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing and in this role he is responsible for the Solium Sales and Marketing portfolio, globally.

Prior to joining Solium, Rudi worked for Ceridian where he rapidly advanced through progressively senior management roles. Rudi also worked as a self-employed entrepreneur for more than a decade after having started his Sales Management career with Johnson & Johnson.

Rudi graduated with a major in Marketing Management awarded by the IMM (South Africa) and holds various industry-related certifications.
