Rudi Bester

Rudi joined Solium in 2006 as the Vice President of Market Development. He was later promoted to his current role of Executive Vice President of Global Sales which has him overseeing all of Solium's sales.

Before joining Solium, Rudi worked in progressively senior management roles for Ceridian and prior to that, he was a self-employed entrepreneur for more than a decade. He started his sales management career with Johnson & Johnson.

Rudi graduated from the IMM Graduate School of Marketing in South Africa, with a major in marketing management, and he holds various industry-related certifications.
