Executive Vice President, Business Service Operations
Jeannie joined Solium in 2007 as the Vice President, Service Operations and assumed the role of Executive Vice President in 2007. Currently, Jeannie provides executive oversight on all aspects of customer service operations, and ensures that Solium continues to evolve and implement industry-leading practices in all areas that impact client service. Prior to joining Solium, Jeannie was the Operations Manager at Louis Dreyfus Energy Canada Inc., where she played an integral role in the organization's startup in Calgary. Jeannie has extensive experience managing high-performance teams known for delivery, performance and client empathy. She brings to Solium a proven ability to lead teams, scale operations and contribute strategic input towards operational goals.
