Sales Philosophy

Solium has been successful in most of the competitive sales situations that we have encountered – largely the result of an outstanding solution supported by an excellent service offering. One of the key success factors and values that we have employed is a ‘guerrilla’ sales approach where we work as a team and focus on bringing the very best talent in front of prospective – and existing – clients. Our technical sales support is a huge asset and a vital element of our sales process. We want to make sure we use this talent effectively.

We have created sales opportunities through marketing, through client referrals, through personal networks and through cold-calling and all these avenues remain integral to our sales success. Solium’s awareness and respect in the market is very high, allowing us to emerge as the industry standard. There is increased activity in the market and we need to sustain our high close rate right across the country.

We manage all sales opportunities in a Customer Relationship Management service (Salesforce.com) and we review the entire pipeline every week and update the status. It is our intent to deliberately understate probabilities and we only estimate expected revenue for opportunities greater than 50% likelihood of closing. Sales Representative will help define and own the pipeline for the US marketplace and be responsible for driving the quota for your region.
