The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Maintain stock option, restricted stock, and employee share purchase plan data
- Process transactions related to restricted stock or employee share purchase plans
- Facilitate the stock plan requirements of key insiders
- Handle problem situations, escalating as appropriate
- Train clients to produce financial and administrative reports
- Manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Regularly interact with Client Relationship Managers for assigned accounts on customer issues
Required qualifications for this position:

- Excellent telephone and written communication skills, attention to detail
- Basic understanding of stock options and accounting is an asset

Position Profile: Solutions Specialist, Self Service |

Location: Southfield, MI USA
Reporting to the VP and General Manager, US Operations, the Solutions Specialist, Self Service is responsible for overseeing Self Serve client initiatives from early start-up phase to operational maintenance and success.
The role will encompass but not be limited to the following objectives:
- To help define and enable the process and policy framework under which Self Serve will operate as a product line for Solium Capital.
- To work with early adoptees of the Self Serve product to define key areas of strength and key areas of improvement
- To provide ongoing client support to the many facets of the Self Serve product line.
Qualifications:
This role is a hybrid of an Account Administrator, an Account Manager and Operational support. It requires the ability to seamlessly provide support to Self Serve clients through a variety of mediums. The incumbent will ultimately be responsible for defining and completing Shareworks training, client problem resolution and communication of Solium issues to the clients. Acting as the main point of contact for self serve corporate clients, the Solutions Specialist, will interact with most departments within Solium to ensure that client expectations are met and satisfaction levels are maintained.

The Account Administration Assistant, Customer Operations functions as an assistant to the Solium Account Administrator. The position requires extensive knowledge of Solium products in addition to strong communication skills. A willingness to develop excellent customer management skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are required to support the account administration team.

Responsibilities of this position:
- Deliver optimum service to our customers by assisting our Account Administrators with their daily tasks in providing corporate client account administration.
- Tasks include:
- Data update, data manipulation and data management
- Processing contribution, withdrawal and termination files
- Maintenance of employee groups including key Insiders
- Tracking open issues and handling problem situations, escalating as appropriate
- Resolution of errors reported by system monitoring tools
- Production of financial and administration reports
- On-line instrument of grant uploads
- Regularly interact with Account Administrators for assigned accounts on customer issues.
- Manage and implement security requests

- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

- Drive to produce enterprise class software under tight schedules
- Fluent communication in written and spoken English
Desired technical skills:
- History of applying enterprise design patterns in J2EE/Java EE 5
- Experience with Spring (3.x), Struts, jstl, and custom tag development
- Experience with dynamic webapps using GWT and/or jQuery
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to work in Linux
Desired additional qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial markets
- Experience producing and releasing commercial ASP-model software
