February 5, 2004 - Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

CALGARY, ALBERTA - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium") announces today that it has accepted the resignation of Jane Gauthier as Chief Operating Officer effective February 13, 2004. June Davenport, Solium's Chief Products Officer, will assume the responsibility for operations following Jane's departure.
