Mr. Waterhouse has extensive experience in the international financial services industry with more than 12 years of experience as a senior corporate officer. From 2000 to 2003 he served as President of Computershare Ltd. North America, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Computershare Trust Company of Canada.
