CALGARY, ALBERTA - Solium Capital Inc. ("Solium") today announced the addition of Anthony Webb to its Board of Directors, and the appointment of June Davenport as Chief Products Officer and Jane Gauthier as its new Chief Operating Officer. Anthony Webb has extensive experience in financial services. Anthony joined the Royal Bank of Canada in 1970, becoming Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Royal Bank's European operations in 1988, and then served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Trust from 1993 until his retirement in 1999. Anthony is currently Executive in Residence at the Ivey School at the University of Western Ontario and is a director of a number of companies. Due to Solium's growth and expanded product suite, June Davenport will become the company's Chief Products Officer and will now dedicate all of her energy and talents to supporting Solium's clients and developing the internal knowledge practices at Solium. Jane Gauthier assumes the responsibilities of the COO position previously held by June. Jane was Vice President Operations and Controller of Engage Energy from 2000 to 2002. Most recently, Jane was Vice President Finance, Western Region at Direct Energy. Jane brings with her extensive experience in the area of operational process and best practices. In connection with these appointments, 100,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.35 will be granted to Anthony, and 250,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.35 will be granted to Jane.
