("Solium") today announced that Bill Kyle has joined its Board of Directors. As the nominee of The Great-West Life Assurance Company, Bill is appointed to the Board pursuant to Solium's relationship agreement with Great-West. Bill is Senior Vice-President of Group Retirement Services, a division of Great-West, London Life and Canada Life. Bill has been a senior leader of Great-West's group retirement business since 1996 and has been responsible for the integration of the group retirement business of Prudential of America, Great-West, London Life and Canada Life. Bill is active in the capital accumulation industry and is a frequent speaker. He is currently the chair of the joint CLHIA/FSCO pension committee, Chair of the CLHIA pension committee and was an industry representative on the Joint Forum of Financial Regulators Capital Accumulation Plan Guideline working committee.
