("Solium") announces today that it has accepted the resignation of Shelley Kuipers from its Board of Directors effective immediately. Shelley's resignation will facilitate the appointment of the nominee of The Great-West Life Assurance Company ("Great-West") to the Board later this month, pursuant to Solium's relationship agreement with Great-West. Shelley joined the Board of Directors following a round of private financing and the acquisition of Stormworks Ltd. in May 2002.
