("Solium") today announced the addition of Justin Ferrara and Shelley Kuipers to its Board of Directors, as appointed at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting ("AGM") held on June 21, 2002. Mark van Hees, also appointed at the AGM, later declined the appointment and has now resigned from the Board. Mr. Ferrara is a lawyer at Macleod Dixon and also brings experience in the area of financing small developing software companies. Mr. Kuipers is a software industry executive with experience in fast-growth software companies.
